ex uni asking for payments after ive withdrawn

ive withdrawn completely from bath spa university as of late november. i made it very clear i have no intention of returning, and i have left both my course and my accommodation permanently.
yet for some reason im receiving emails and texts from the university asking for a rent payment. im no longer receiving money from student finance, because I Have Withdrawn From University. Can anyone give me an idea as to why Bath spa are trying to take money from me even though I've 100% left?

it might be relevant to know i was staying on on campus accommodation, not with unite students or anything like that.
