I haven't heard of Poshdigz but they might be a new and good letting agency for students, definitely worth speaking to them about properties. Are you looking for shared student accommodation in Swansea? If so I can recommend a few student letting agencies I rented from myself when I was student! Letting agencies like Dawsons, Freshlet - Fresh estate and letting agents (Based in uplands), Charles Perrett too, or have a look on accommodationforstudents.com and unihomes.co.uk.. Another good place to have a look for private rental is on FB Market place.
A lot of these agencies have decent properties around Brynmill, Uplands and Sketty area which is lovely and close to the Singleton campus. Also a nice area as it's close to the beach, Singleton park, Cwmdonkin Park and Uplands shops.
