Where or who do I contact for Ravensburne references?

Looking to start the MFA Craft Editing and in the submission form I need two references.

I tried contacting some professors through LinkedIn but none got back to me. I guess I can use one of my ex-employers info for one but I'm a Rave alumnus and thought would be good to have at least one Rave person.

Is there any contact information at Rave that can help provide a reference?
