UCAS buzzword problem

literally created an account just for this
I entered my colledge's ucas buzzword on september 11th (our first day back) but it hasnt been confirmed yet however my friends who have input the same buzzword later were confirmed imediatly. I have emailed my colledge several times and plan on calling UCAS as soon as possible but I have an aplication deadline on october 16th so if anyone knows the dev tool command to input a code I would really apreciate it.

Create an undergraduate application and enter the buzzword again.
How did you get access to your schools buzzword? Through email?
