MA vs. MSc in UK

I'm looking at postgrad programs around development studies in the UK and they differ between MA and MSc at certain schools. E.g., King's and SOAS have MSc in Development Studies/Emerging Economies whereas Sussex has an MA. Any general takeaways?

Clearing and Applications Advisor

MA/MSc doesn’t indicate anything about the content of the course. The award was decided years or even decades ago at a committee meeting.
