Changed my name by deed poll, who do I need to tell?

Hi, changed my name by deed poll, and I’m trying to figure out who (as in organisations etc) about it.

I’ve got my provisional licence in my new name
Currently waiting for a new bank card with my new name
I will be updating my passport soon, just waiting on a bank statement to prove my identity
I will also contact my gp about it but likely after I’ve gotten my covid vaccines incase it messes that up somehow


Is there anything else I need to do and how would I go about it? Thanks
