Wrong title on provisional
Applied for a new provisional license as I have changed my name by deed poll, received it 2 days ago and the title is Mrs. Wondering if long term if it will cause any issues, and if it is worth sending it back? If I send it back, should I send a letter explaining I am not Mrs as I am not married and the deed poll again along with it?

If there are any inaccuracies which affect your driving licence on return from DVLA (or your Insurance certificate details) please do something about it straight away
