Can I do anything if my neighbor (he's hot btw) gets out and pees plus farts out in their garden?
I can see and hear him from my window as it is facing his peeing place. And it's absolutely disgusting. He of course has a bathroom. But I guess he's too lazy to go upstairs. He lives with his gf.

Pretty bloody weird to be relieving yourself outside if you ask me. It doesnt hurt to check in that everything is alright.
