Online Application Currently Unavailable
Hi all, I'm applying for student finance for the first time and I can't get past the 'About You' section. Every time I click through from my living situation I get an error message saying online applications are currently unavailable. I'm being advised to use the paper form, but as it's a lot of pages and I don't have a printer I'm not sure what I should do. I've had this problem for the past few days now, and I'm starting to get concerned about the timeline as I'm due to start my course in October. I've tried using different browsers, clearing cookies, browsing history and cache but to no avail. Please can someone help? 
Have you tried calling them? It could be something to do with the deadline but I’m not sure. Also you might not receive it in October if you’re only applying now
