Unable to log into my MMU online portal

Hi,
I have been trying to log into my online portal to truck my application status but any time I try, the portal is unavailable. An such, I can no longer monitor my application status. I tried sending a message to the admission team for help but I did't get any response.
I would be grateful if you could help me log into my portal to check my status.

Unfortunately, the admissions team won't be able to help you log in. I would recommend trying logging in here: https://sm-portal-mmu.thesiscloud.com/ We have been experiencing some issues with the application portal which has caused this issue. If you are still unable to log in please contact our IT helpline directly who will be able to assist you. You can contact the team at 0161 247 4646 or through the live chat https://manmetchat.mmu.ac.uk/

However, in the meantime, the admissions team should be able to update you on the application.
