Politics PS - mention dad?

Hi, My dad ran as a candidate for the local elections in May this year. I helped him leaflet etc and became really interested in it. Am I alright to mention along the lines of ‘my dad running as a candidate gave me a unique insight into how it works’ etc or is it better to just put along the lines of ‘helping a candidate in the local elections...’ thanks :smile:

Yes - 'I helped the local candidate' but not 'My Dad'.
