REPLACEMENT TENANT- Capital House Student Accommodation

Hi there I am looking for accommodation replacement tenant for Capital House - Student Accommodation.

It is a SHARED HOUSE
£118 p/w

Starting from January to August first. A renewal of contract would need to be made for longer contract.

For anyone whose looking for private studio accommodation outside the hall, I think this will be the best place.

It also has study room so if you are like me who likes to study with friends, I think it will be really great!

I'm not taking this room becasue I decided to live with my friend instead and also because I am dropping out of uni so...

The location is great Solent University or University of Southampton.

Walking distance to Solent University, city centre, train station and bus to University of Southampton.
