Hi, I’m planning on doing the LLB for graduates 2 year course when I’ve finished by current BA (Hons).

Will I be able to get tuition or maintenance loans ?

There’s no funding for a second bachelor’s degree in law.

If I didn’t get a student loan for my first undergraduate study, can I get student loan for tuition fees and maintenance?

Previous study rules and ELQ rules apply regardless of whether previous study was funded by SFE or not.
