Hello, I've worked as an NHS 111 Call Handler for 5 years now, any questions feel free to ask!
Would you say this role is suitable for a student (part time) ?
Hey what is the average typing test to pass the assessments please

32 WPM. You’ll do the typing test 3 times. Try to aim for 32 and above and accuracy should be about 98-100

Hi, is the typing test from a written text of from an audio recording?

Hi, Is it the same recording 3 times? And are you expected to carry on typing after 1 min to add as much of the recording as possible or do they stop you ?

Hi there. I have passed all the assessments/interviews and passed my vetting and medical. Now we are training for 3 weeks but we have to pass two exams. One is using the software and the other is multiple choice paper. Did u do this at all. If so could you let me know roughly what to be revising for ?
