UCAS Error?

A little question. Twice now I've finished everything and clicked "pay/send", checked everything, and I logged on again, to find that the pay/send thing was unchecked. I'm applying through my college, and I'm wondering if they decline payments? First time I hadn't paid, but I have today, sent it and it came back the way it was before I sent it off. Everything checked, but the final pay/send section. No polite notice saying that my referee/coordinator has declined to check it.

Has payment been taken? I'd ring UCAS.

If you are applying through a college, then when you send it off, it goes to your referee, then they send it off to UCAS which then sends it off to the unis. Maybe the referee has been sending it back, ask them why.
