How to preserve/save historical monuments for the future generations?
education
Tear down Holocaust memorials since the Holocaust is greatest lie in history not even 1 million Jews perished in WW2

Holodomor killed over 6 million and its perps were largely Bolshevik Jews like Lazar Kaganovich
Education is key here. Without education you won't get far.

Walk down a given street and count the monuments that are more than 200 years old.

You'll quickly discover that it's quite common for future generations to not want past generation's tat cluttering their towns and cities unless they are exceptional (e.g. the Parthenon, the Pyramids, cathedrals etc). The only reason we're engaging in a pointless culture war on this stuff is because the Victorians made their tat with more durable materials. In the past, tat was moved into museums and replaced with new tat.
