Depends on your circumstances and any special needs etc - email the Accom team and ask [email protected]
There are also lots of other 'student housing' providers in Bath who run other Halls etc - see https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=7102789 - and they wont care which year you are in.

Many thanks for that. No special needs involved. just a special fondness for campus life.

Hi there - thanks for your question!

As someone else said, students are typically only allowed to stay on campus after first year if there particular circumstances. The criteria for being able to apply for University managed accomodation:
- you will be starting your first year studying a full-time undergraduate course and applying for our accommodation for the first time
- you will be studying a new full-time Foundation Degree in Sports Performance (C601)
- you are a returning student with a specific medical condition or disability, and have been assessed as eligible to apply for our accommodation (you would need to contact the accomodation team to determine if you are eligible: [email protected])
- you are a care leaver, estranged student or refugee
- you are an asylum seeker in receipt of a Sanctuary Scholarship

Unfortunately there is not enough accomodation on campus for people other than the above to apply for accomodation. However, you can find out more applying for private sector accomodation here, which you will probably need to do from 2nd year onwards.

Hope this helps and please let me know if you have anymore questions!

There is lots of other student housing in Bath where they dont care which year you are in - two Unite places on Bristol Road, big buiding at Green Park. and you can stay at those over the summer.
