Switching course at university of Bath while being a offer holder/

I got an offer for marketing with management but now decided I want to do just management instead. I tried calling their phoneline but seems like their phone line is suspending "till further notice". I emailed them during the Easter break but they haven't responded with anything.

Do I keep waiting or should I mail them again?

I think the best option is to contact Admissions over email - [email protected]. There may be a delay in their response due to high demand, but they will get back to you.
