I think I’m overthinking… does £30 for 1h driving lesson sound too much? Should I switch instructors?

Where are you learning? Location makes a different on price. I only paid £21 per hour in 2019 and I was learning in East London. The average at the time was £28, so I guess I was lucky to find a good instructor for a below average price.

Given everything is going up, £30 is pretty reasonable for single lessons in 2022.
Mine were £25 when I learned 5 years ago but £20 if bought 10 hours)
