1.5 tonnes of metal box down the road? If the answer is 'not very' happy you need to communicate this to your trainer who should have already checked in with you to see how you feel. Are you being pushed too fast too soon. Otherwise find a new trainer and ensure you address the feelings of dread by replacing them with those of enjoyment.
