the graph with the damping on i had to redraw again on the additional space section at the back, because I didn't have a rubber to rub it out with or anything and id fumbled it. I know i got the graph right with the correct axes and everything but just not on the original graph, do you think I'll lose the marks for it?

As long as you've made it clear the new graph is your answer and maybe crossed out the old one I think you shouldn't lose any marks for it
