what is the difference between computing and creative computing?
Hello!

I'm not certain if by 'computing' you mean 'computer science' but hopefully these resources will help answer your question.

At the University of the Arts London (UAL) we offer both BSc Computer Science and BSc Creative Computing (along with BSc Data Science and AI and BSc Creative Robotics). UAL is comprised of six specialist colleges, but we also have institutes including the Creative Computing Institute which offers these degree courses. The institute is based in Camberwell (South East London).

There are some recorded open day presentations on the pages which really explain what the courses are all about. For BSc Computer Science it's near the top of the page, and for BSc Creative Computing, you'll need to scroll down below the course overview. There's also a video here about Creative Computing.

I would recommend having a look through these links to read about what the course involves and then compare that to others that you're considering.

Best wishes,

Sian
