No Payment Today

I applied for a SAAS student loan for going into second year and I haven't received the payment? I have letters documenting the approval of my application and entitlement, but I never got the letter I got last year with the payment callendar of dates and payments each month. I'm given to understand today was the day we were meant to receive it, but I don't have mine and my girlfriend has hers?

I can't get a hold of SAAS on anything.

I'm at Edinburgh Uni.

Hey! Im in the same situation did you get through to them fast, did they say how long it would take? As ive still not got my payment

Hi! I phoned up the SLC using the number on their Facebook page. They told me I was already due 2 loan payments but my college hasn’t registered my enrolment yet so I’ve gotten in touch with them about updating that. They said my enrolment may take up to 2 weeks to register but after that, my loan should be in my bank within 5 days, so 19 days in total. Hope this helps!
