Urgent - finance has changed from complete to “confirming details”

I’d like urgent help with this!
Applied for my third year funding months ago and it all went through. I could see my entitlement and had scheduled payments. Uni have confirmed my re-enrolment. Just checked student finance today and it’s changed from complete to “confirming details” and I can’t see any of my payments entitlement.
I’m supposed to be paid on Monday! Can anyone help with this??
