Business Btec Decision Making Unit 7

Can anyone give any advice for the Unit 7 Business Decision Making exam? Nobody in my school every gets distinctions in this unit apparently and I need to get it for uni, i cant afford to flop but it acc seems so hard. Any tips on structure, timing, focuses etc will be appreciated.

hi if you remember the outlines of the stucture so make sure that for the report you put introduction - the purose of this report is to provide an analysis of the key factors.....

currrent business - who are they , what services do they offer

market trends- key strengths,weakness,threats,market data and trends

ansoff matrix

market penetration

boston matrix

resource implication - phsysical , finanacial,human,technogical

financial forescasting

key factors and risks

conclusion

Btw, do you not find it hard to do all that within 3 hours, like i dont understand how much detail we need to go into to attain high marks.
