Would I be eligible for miniumum entry requirements for Dundee?

Basically my postcode is in a quintile 2 zone but it states if more than one of the categories following apply then you would be eligible, so does this mean I wouldn't be eligible?

Assuming that none of the other Category 2 factors apply, as detailed here, then no.

Even then, there's no guarantee. They say on that same page: "Other factors may have impacted your study and staff reading your application may, at their discretion, allocate a contextual flag equivalent to Category 1, if more than one of the following factors apply:" (my emphasis)
