Failed my driving test but proud of myself
Failed my test today but proud of myself
I took my first ever test today and I’m really proud of myself despite failing.
My driving instructor kept putting my test back (x3) saying I wasn’t ready but I went today in my car and only got 4 minors, the serious fault I got was in the last 5 minutes of the test and something that SHE had taught me to do. Also the thing that she kept drumming into me that I’d fail for, I didn’t even receive a minor on.
My examiner was the nicest guy! He really put me at ease and was really kind. I could tell he didn’t want to fail me, as the rest of the drive was great, which he said, but unfortunately it was a serious fault.
I thought I’d be really deflated but I actually feel more confident now than I have done in any of my lessons/mocks.
Good luck to anyone else going for tests! Hope you all get a really nice examiner and pass
