Hi, Glad you considered coming to The University of Sunderland. While there might be a lot of information about student accommodations, there are still a wide range of available accommodations both for students and non-students which are not owned by the university if that is what you are looking towards. Though those options might cost higher it is still a wise option as some are around/in the city-centre, school campuses or other student accommodations so that way you are surrounded by familiar people.
