Using Ebay over Vinted, Depop or other sites

Hello,

I am just wondering if any of you have experience of using EBAY as a re-sale platform. Thinking for both ore-loved fashion and electronics. Given the current cost of living crisis I am keen to start selling some things. I don't as yet have any experience of selling on there but my dad uses it a lot for his little business and thought I may try it out.

Couple of questions:
- Have you used it?
-How do you find it?
-What is it best for selling on there?
- If you don't use it - what other platforms are there?

I really love using Vinted - it's so easy and when i've had a couple of issues (delivery etc.) they have been really good and solved it.

From a customer point of view, I always prefer using vinted. When I buy through eBay about half of the time the parcel doesn’t turn up. I’ve never had this issue on vinted. When using vinted even very cheap items come with tracking, whilst most sellers on eBay just take the lazy and unreliable way out of Royal Mail 2nd class. Also online there are a lot less discussions of sellers being out of pocket on vinted than eBay.
