Help. Can you tell me my body fat%?

I'm 180 cm 5'11"
Weight 80 kg 176 lbs

I used to look like the first picture with abs and had around 11% body fat. I recently started bulking and look like the other two pictures. Does anyone know how much body fat that is now?

Is this flexed or relaxed? I think the first one is flexed and the 2nd one is relaxed but I could be wrong
