A levels PPE

Will I be at a disadvantage applying for PPE to uni with maths, further maths, chemistry and English lit?

The requirement for PPE is typically to have 3 A Levels with Maths and a subject involving essay-writting. So you should be fine with what you have right now as you do have English Lit as an essay-writting subject. A lot of universities do prefer a student having the history A Level when applying to PPE, but as long as you get good grades you wouldn't be terribly disadvantaged.

You should focus more on getting good grades rather than worrying about your subject choices.
