IQ Student Accommodation
I have booked a room at IQ Salford and have payed the booking fee, entered and signed the tenancy agreement. It states that I can cancel it before I receive the keys. Just wanted to know if I can cancel or if I would still have to pay the full rent

You presumably have a copy of the agreement you signed; we don't.
What costs (if any) cancellation incurs will (or at least should) be specified in the agreement. They might be on a sliding scale, where the earlier you cancel the less you have to pay.
