Certificate of Higher Education in ATP fudnding

I currently hold a BSc in Psychology which I received student finance funding for, I'm looking at a certificate of higher education in ambulance technician practice at Nottingham Trent University. Is this applicable for finance as an Advanced Learner Loan/other loan? Or am I unable to do this due to having previous funding.
