It's more likely that you will get a degree that combines computer science with business studies/management than marketing, since the application for IT in business is wider than it is in marketing. It doesn't mean that you can't use IT in marketing (I can name a long list of applications considering recent developments), but it does mean it's not as widespread (yet).

I have found one degree that combines computer science and marketing:
https://www.hope.ac.uk/undergraduate/undergraduatecourses/computerscience/computerscienceandmarketing/computer-science-and-marketing.html
I cannot find a version of this that doesn't include the foundation year on the site, so you might need to check with the computer science department at Liverpool Hope to see if they have an alternative.
As far as I can tell, there are no specific subject requirements, so you can go in with any Level 3 qualifications so long you have at least 72 UCAS points.

Having said that, it's probably a lot easier if you do an undergrad in either marketing or computer science, then do the other subject as a master's degree. (You can go into a master's in computer science or marketing with an undergrad in any subject provided it has a high enough grade.)
Better yet, as neither subjects are required for jobs in their respective industries and professional certifications are preferred, you can skip one of the 2 degrees (or both altogether) and just do the professional certification. For marketing, you can do CIM, IDM, IPA, etc. For IT, there is a plethora of IT certifications depending on which area of IT you want to specialise in.

The only time when you would need the degrees is if you want to go into a specific area of academic research.
