How likely is it this seller on Discogs is a scammer?

Recently, I ordered an old LP on Discogs and the seller mailed me a totally different LP. The differences between the two LP are so obvious that it is literally nowhere likely to get them wrong. I suspect this is a scam. I contacted the seller about this. The seller only replied once and hasn't replied again since then.I have already reported to Discogs and Paypal. However, I am disappointed that the system gives the seller days to reply rather than take actions against them and issue me a refund right away.
