How to stop being addicted to Enhypen and BTS

Alright people, I'm an Army for 3 years now and lemme tell you, I've not gone a day without listening to them.
And now a new obsession with Enhypen has started, like wtf why didn't I get to know them before, their soo underrated, they need the hype ppl!!
Anyways... the thing is that I have exams next month and at this state I'm acc failing so any tips on how to rest my ARMY and ENGENE soul for the next 2 months?

and yh any of ya'll stan enhypen? BTS?

I used to stan BTS and im currently a casual engene. What I usually do is to set a time limit for any social media apps (eg youtube, instagram, twitter etc) so I can’t use them for more than a few minutes each day. I ask my sibling to set a passcode for me so that way I can’t cheat lol, hope that helps x :smile:
