my menstrual cup gets stuck every time!
does anybody have any tips for this please?
i’m really sick of it, my fingers start cramping because it takes that long trying to get it out. i don’t know what i’m doing wrong. i got the smallest size so it can’t be too big, and i always put it where the end is still sticking out a bit so it’s not up too high but my muscles end up pushing it too high up throughout the day.
it’s really stressful every time i want to empty it, i even had to ask my boyfriend to help me yesterday because i didn’t think i’d ever get it out, it probably took us about an hour to do and it was embarrassing the whole time
