There's more content in the higher paper and the questions are more challenging. This means more to learn. You can find some past papers and ask teachers for advise.

some equations are left out of foundation tier- foundation is defo easier but really depends on how high you are aiming. If you want to get high than a 4 and your current target is higher/in a higher class and set i would recommend doing higher.
