I am sorry to hear that 
If you are not planning on taking it into further study I don't think you will need to retake the exam.
It might depend on what your school does but usually, the only subjects you have to retake are English Language and Maths.

If you aren't learning business any further and don't want to retake it, then it's fine. Maths and english are the main ones
