Osteopathy as a second degree

Is it possible to get a student loan to study BSc (Hons) Osteopathy Degree at the British College of Osteopathic medicine as a second degree? If not, which other osteopathy degrees in London (full or part time) are eligible for student loans as second degrees? Thank you.
