May be fungal acne, its bumpy like texture with no pus/yellow thing in it - use nizoral shampoo on affected areas for 10 mins, once per week as it can be drying. I used it once then on 3rd week it went to 2x per week but then cut back down to once per week as you dont want to dry your skin out too much
