In our current economy, how much should you be earning

its coming to a time in my life where i need to pick a career soon, and i just want to know maybe from some people older than me, in our current economy how much should you be earning minimum per year to live comfortably in our current economy? Like as a single person living alone

It depends upon a variety of personal factors.
Mostly relating to location, personal ambitions, standard of living expectations and lifestyle preferences.
Living alone in the Outer Hebrides will be much less expensive than living alone in Onslow Square.

Factor in average local accommodation costs, utility bills, groceries, hobbies and future ambitions.
The more expensive things are and the higher your standard of living expectations, the more money you will need to make.
Good luck!
I live in Bristol and live in a house share on 30k. imo to live in a good area alone in a 1 bedroom flat, with a car, living comfortably and saving money each month then i need to be earning at least 35k
