I haven't, but I have friends and family who did.
Difficult in what sense? People who do work in supermarkets tend to do a lot of lifting and shelving. A number of these are early shifts or late shifts. You sometimes get people who work during the day, but they're usually during weekends.
Is it difficult to juggle work and college/school? Many people managed it, but I can't say much for their grades (they're not usually A/A* grades). However, that's probably due to a small sample size more than anything.
