Why would a guy do this?

If he wanted to have sex with a girl but she didn't chase or seduce him to have sex with himhe did these things
He was skinny but then started going to the gym and gained some weight

Used to keep to himself and was mostly a loner but then started hanging out with classmates and other people to look popular since the girl talks to a lot of people

Each time the girl tells him she doesn't want to talk to him, he won't accept her decision and continues to talk until she stops getting angry

Why do these things?

I hate guys who can't take no for an answer just ignore him or report him if he keeps harassing you
