I can't answer definitely (your best bet it to contact admissions) but someone from my class flopped the essay portion of the lnat and got an offer from notts but he said he did well on the multiple choice.
No they no longer require it. It tells you on their website. They haven’t used it for 2023 (Sept) entry either, which is the first year of scrapping it.

Bristol University Cambridge University Durham University Glasgow University Oxford University Kings College London UCL - Faculty of Laws London School of Economics SOAS
Outside the UK, SUSS Singapore and IE University accept LNAT scores as one of the selection criteria.
