My student support removed since 2022 due to DSA claim problems. The student finance told me I m not an eligible since 2022. They told me they going to request student finance tuition fees from university which they already paid . I need to ask ,the student finance able to take the payment which they already paid to university?

Yes. If you’re not eligible for a tuition fee loan then SFE can reclaim the funds from the university. The university will then usually ask you to pay your tuition fees directly to them instead
