foundation yr med - offer revoked for high grades achieved?

if you apply to foundation year medicine with low predicted grades and achieve high grades in your actual alevels, will your offer from the university be revoked?
You might be transferred onto the standard 5 year course. What university are you asking about?

bristol uni

their entry policy says:
"BBC
Subjects required: Chemistry or Biology at grade B
Applicants who are predicted or achieve grades AAB or above, or with an A in Chemistry are not eligible to apply for this course and should consider A100."

it says 'applicants who are predicted OR ACHEIVE grades AAB', so im not sure if that includes after applying then getting the grades or applying with achieved grades already
