Can unis revoke comfirmation placements?

I got my results back yesterday and did not meet the expected tariff points but on UCAS it said my uni confirmed my place and that my offer was now unconditional (Art University). I’m legit terrified they are gonna revoke my placement cuz i didnt do good enough but they liked my portfolio and UCAS was like CONGRATULATIONS!!! so idk what to do or think anymore please help!!!
