Failed first year terminate studies

Hi, so I have failed my first year, and it says failed terminate studies. I did a foundation year previously which I passed so technically my second year. Am I able to apply for clearance at a different university and a different course? What are my options. Thank you

You should be able to ask for advice from the student support team at your university, or the student union. You can switch to another course, at another university if needed, or you may be able to retake your first year - I know somebody who was in a very similar position to you who switched courses and went on to graduate with a 1st in that subject. You also need to check the eligibility for student financing, you should be OK but I do not think that you get many chances for financing before it is withdrawn, so you need to ensure that whatever you do next it is something that you can positively engage with. There is some information on the following sites, but you should make an appointment to speak with a proper adviser ASAP. I hope you find a solution that works for you.
