if you want to go through the appeal then do it - but consider, are you going to take responsibility? Are you going to start attending, and power through, make sure to put effort into your course?
if you’re unsure or said no to any one the questions, i advice you don’t even try to appeal
if you answered yes to all, you need to build a case of why they’re wrong. try to get some of these:
1 - medical letters which either contain diagnosis of mental health/learning difficulty/other condition exhibits might impact your learning
2 - call your gp and ask them to write you a letter explaining you’re been of ill health, been suffering from a depressive episode or something of this nature
3 - prepare to fight for yourself in the appeal panel, be passionate and show that you genuinely will keep going with your course and you won’t stop attending. explain why you didn’t attend, and explain it has been difficult, you didn’t have anyone to talk to about it, but you’re ready to accept responsibility for your learning and start attending.
as for the problems in your life, talk to a counsellor or your uni therapist or talk to your gp
